Flexible Pharmacy Staffing has a long term care pharmacy client located in the Indianapolis, Indiana area with a need for a licensed Pharmacist.

Schedule:
5p-10p weekdays, plus possible weekend shifts 10a-5p

Initial Functions:
- Comply with all Company, State, and Federal regulations and requirements
- Review packaged medications for accuracy and completeness prior to shipment for delivery
Advanced Functions:
- Monitor for appropriate dose and directions of medication, collaborating with physician, nursing, and other medical staff when necessary
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of orders as entered by pharmacy staff
- Perform Drug Utilization Reviews
- Screen for Drug Interactions

Requirements:
- BS/PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Current unblemished license in the state of Indiana

Additional Qualifications
- Experience in hospital, infusion, specialty, or long term care pharmacy may be helpful for Advanced Functions
- Willingness to stay after scheduled shift end, on occasion.
